Longan Pudding

Ingredient A:
longan in syrup : 1can (550g)
Ingredients B: (soak for 10 minutes)
Gelatine powder : 25g
water : 100g
Ingredients C:
longan syrup : 300g
water : 200g
sugar : 50g
Pandan leaves : 4 pcs
Ingredients D:
Lemon juice : 30g
Ingredients E:
Longan : 35 – 40 pcs

Sweet Potato Ball

Ingredient:
500g sweet potato (Peel, cut into small pieces)
2 tbsp sugar
40g – 50g plain flour (sifted)
50g tapioca flour

Plaited Raisin Rings

Ingredients:
½ portion of Basic Sweet Bun Dough
200g raisin
Glazing:
1 egg, lightly beaten with
⅛ tsp salt
50g melted butter
