Ingredient A:
300g plain flour (sifted)
¾ tsp baking powder (sifted)
¼ tsp bicarbonate soda (sifted)
¼ tsp salt (sifted)
150g instant oat drinks
50g chopped walnuts
100g chocolate chips
Ingredients B:
1 pc egg
150g butter
100g chunky peanut butter
100g white shortening
170g castor brown sugar
1tsp vanilla essence

280g plain flour (sifted)
50g corn flour (sifted)
1tsp baking powder (sifted)
150g butter or margarine
100g castor sugar
2 tbsp chunky peanut butter

Ingredient A:
4 pcs egg whites
⅛ tsp salt
160g castor sugar
1tsp almond essence
100g plain flour
50g melted butter

100g plain flour
100g flaked almonds
120g pumpkin seeds

Sweet Potato Huat Kueh

250g self raising flour
250ml coconut milk
1 medium/large egg
