Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
280g plain flour (sifted)
50g corn flour (sifted)
1tsp baking powder (sifted)
150g butter or margarine
100g castor sugar
2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
1tsp vanilla essence
1pc egg

Methods:

1. Cream butter, castor sugar, peanut butter and vanilla essence until light and fluffy. Add in egg and beat well
2. Fold in floue mixture and mix well until form soft dough.
3. Drop 1 tsp of dough on lightly greased baking trays.
4. Bake in oven at 180ºC for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Decorate with melted chocolate if desired.
