Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
280g plain flour (sifted)
50g corn flour (sifted)
1tsp baking powder (sifted)
150g butter or margarine
100g castor sugar
2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
1tsp vanilla essence
1pc egg
Methods:
- Cream butter, castor sugar, peanut butter and vanilla essence until light and fluffy. Add in egg and beat well
- Fold in floue mixture and mix well until form soft dough.
- Drop 1 tsp of dough on lightly greased baking trays.
- Bake in oven at 180ºC for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Decorate with melted chocolate if desired.
