基本甜面包

基本甜面包

材料A:
高筋面粉: 400g (筛过)
低筋面粉: 100g (筛过)
盐 : 1茶匙
奶粉: 2汤匙
即溶酵母: 1汤匙
糖: 100g
蛋: 1粒
面包改良剂: 1茶匙(随意)
水: 220ml

材料B:
软化牛油: 75g

做法:

  1. 将材料A放入搅拌盘里拌打成一粘性面团.
  2. 加入材料B,,继续拌打多大约15分钟至面团充分起筋,光滑及富有弹性..
  3. 揉圆面团,放在已涂上油的大盘里,盖上干净的湿布,发至双倍大.
  4. 取出面团,搓揉约3分钟至光滑,分成需要的分量,揉圆.
  5. 盖上湿布,休面10-15分钟便可随意包入各种馅料及做成各种不同形状的面包.

    Do u have Msian roti prata(canai) recipe?I heard u mentioned in yr video show, seem d roti prata dough also need to use mixer to mix till got “membrane”? I hv tried many recipes but…seem all not same as our Msian style.Pls advice!
    I know it needs : flour, salt, oil, right? Can give me a more details recipe?TQ very much
