
冬菜蒸肉饼
材料:
绞猪肉: 500克
冬菜: 一把
蒜头: 2瓣
调味料:
盐 : 少许
胡椒粉 : 少许
薯粉: 1茶匙
麻油 :少许
水: 50毫升
方法:
- 蒜头切末,冬菜洗干净切碎, 加入绞猪肉拌勻。
- 盐,麻油,薯粉和水拌勻倒入绞猪肉。
- 搅好的肉饼蒸15分钟,完成。
