Crispy Chicken Biscuit

Ingredient A:
70g margarine
40g shortening
150g sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp maltose
35g fermented bean curb
¼ tsp ammonia

Ingredient B:
1pc egg
Ingredient C:
½ tsp five spice powder
½ tsp pepper
30g garlic (minced very finely)
80g toasted sesame

Ingredient D:
350g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder

Method:

  1. Cream ingredients A lightly. Add in ingredients B, cream until smooth.
  2. Add in ingredients C then ingredient D, mix until well-blended.
  3. Press a small piece of dough onto the pan.
  4. Bake at 160ºC for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
