Ingredients:
150g rice flour
100g green bean flour
180ml water
170ml water
600ml concentrated coconut milk
600ml water

Syrup (A):
70g sugar
200g brown Sugar
420ml water
3 pcs pandan leaves

Boil syrup under medium heat until sugar dissolves. Let cool and strain.

Methods:

  1. Mix Green Bean Flour with 180ml water. Soak at least 4 hours.
  2. Mix Rice Flour with 170ml water. Stir.
  3. Combine mixtures of Steps 1 and 2 in a bowl.
  4. Add 600ml concentrated coconut milk and 600ml water.
  5. Add syrup. Strain (A).
  6. Stir over medium heat for 10 minutes until fairly thick. Remove immediately.
  7. Stir vigorously with wooden spoon until smooth.
  8. Pour batter into a 10″ x 10″ x 2″ container lined with banana leaves.
  9. Bake at 200°C for about 1 ½ hours.
  10. Let cool before serve.
