Kuih Kodok (Mashed banana ball)
3 big ripe bananas (mashed)
1 ½ cup flour (sieve)
1 ½ tbsp sugar
Oil for deep frying
- In a bowl, add flour, egg, sugar and some water.
- Use a big spoon and stir the ingredients so they are well blended.
- Add in mashed bananas into flour mixture. Stirring well to form a sloppy batter.
- Heat oil in pan or wok over medium flame.
- Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil.
- Fry till fritters are golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
